Important Information Regarding Tours
On rare occasions, our tours do not meet their minimum numbers. In this case, you can simply pay to cover the minimum number of people required to run the tour so you don't miss out!
We will contact you the evening before your tour if your tour has not met the minimum number of participants, so please remember to include your hotel or cell phone contact information in your booking notes and let us know if you are interested in this option.
For example, our Original Florence Walk has a minimum of 4 people required for the tour to run. The tour cost per adult is 25 euro, so the minimum amount to be paid in case the tour does meet the minimum group number is 125 euro. That is, there should be a collective amount of 4 clients signed up for this tour. In the case that there are 3 people in the group and you wish for the tour to go out, you may pay the difference for the remaining spot.
Of course, if we do get last-minute bookings, you will not be charged the extra amount.

I took the Cooking Class and Market tour (in San Lorenzo Market). It was awesome! The market had the most incredible fresh ingredients, and the most amazing seafood selection I have ever seen. Thanks so much for the great walking tour we did in Florence in May. It was fun, informative and we were treated like VIPS! The guide made us feel welcome and got to know exactly what we were interested in seeing to make sure all was covered. If we had tried to do everything we did on the tour on our own, we would have spent days getting hopelessly lost! My husband and I had the good fortune of taking ArtViva tours of Florence while on our honeymoon. We started with the walking tour, followed by the David tour. We were so impressed we immediately signed up for the Uffizi tour the next day.
